Cross-Belt Sorter System
For PTT, Turkiye's official postal and distribution organization, a high-capacity cross-belt sorter system was implemented to support nationwide distribution operations. The complexity of handling shipments for hundreds of destinations required a robust and intelligent sorting solution.
The system features 156 chute stations and is integrated with a secondary distribution structure dedicated to city-based and special-region sorting. Parcels are automatically routed to destination-specific chutes with high accuracy.
This installation significantly increased operational speed, reduced manual errors, and established a scalable backbone for PTT's long-term logistics infrastructure.
Bomb Bay Sorter System
Designed for a different operational flow within PTT's distribution network, the bomb bay sorter system focuses on stable, high-accuracy parcel separation for city-based routing.
The 100-chute bomb bay sorter is integrated with a city-specific secondary sorting system, ensuring precise and consistent parcel distribution across predefined destinations.
With this solution, PTT achieved improved operational clarity, reduced processing complexity, and enhanced overall sorting efficiency.
